Hamann's Mclaren 12c
Aftermarket tuner Hamann splatters some paint on a McLaren to give it the Art Car treatment. Seeing a McLaren on the street is a rare sight, and one sure to turn some heads. But for some that's not enough. That's where Art Cars come in. Art cars take a more creative and outlandish approach to a car's paint job, often soliciting the services of established painters in their execution. More than any other automaker, BMW has championed the domain, but McLaren isn't without precedent, either. A McLaren F1 painted by César is valued at over $2.5 million, and now Hamann has applied an artistic finish of its own to the MP4-12C.
Evidently taking its cues from the BMW M3 GT2 painted by Jeff Koons, this 12C has a psychedelic multicolored paint scheme. It also appears top be wearing Hamann's MemoR body kit, including new bumpers front and rear, side skirts, rooftop air scoop, diffuser, triple tailpipes, LED running lights, a big rear wing and 21-inch competition-style wheels
